How we got here...

NB Weitz Contracting LLC was founded by Nick Weitz (Owner) in 2007 and has been doing business as a subcontracting company that specializes in stick framing new custom homes. We are used by many general contractors around the greater Dayton area. We attribute our success to an attention to detail mentality backed with the belief of hard work, doing it right and building customer loyalty

2014 has introduced a second generation to NB Weitz Contracting. Joshua Weitz has joined our team and is leading us in an additional direction of light general contracting while maintaining our subcontracting roots.

Nick Weitz Owner

- Education -

School of hard knocks, started young and worked my way up to managing crews now I own my own company.
- Position -

I oversee the projects for quality control and workmanship. Ultimately the buck stops at me.
- Experience -

My experience varies widely from framing to finishing; there isn't much I can't do to a house.
- Beliefs -

I believe in waking up in the morning with a goal, and then running towards it.

Josh Weitz 2nd Generation

- Education -

I worked my way through college in the construction industry and received my Finance Degree from the University of Dayton.
- Position -

I am a Sales Representative and Construction foreman of Remodeling Work you can reach me by phone at (937) 422-5953.

I worked my way up from throwing truss blocks in grade school to catching trusses while walking walls in high school then leading crews in College.
- Beliefs -

I believe a person's impact in life is measured by the quality of his work defined by Honesty, Ethics, and purpose.
