NB Weitz Contracting cut its teeth framing custom houses as a subcontractor during the housing boom. Our mark lingers on some of Dayton's greatest homes built in some of the most elegant housing developments. Like many contractors we got hit by the bust, unlike many others we buckled up and made it through. We attribute our survival to fundamental business practices and a solid foundation on honest work. Currently framing is the largest part of our business structure making up about 70 percent of our total contracted work.
